Welcoming Olivier Blum as CEO of Schneider Electric.

Schneider Electric’s Board of Directors is excited to announce the unanimous decision to appoint Olivier Blum as Chief Executive Officer, aiming to accelerate the execution of the company’s strategy and advance to the next phase of development.

The Board extends its gratitude to Peter Herweck for his leadership and dedication to the Group over the past 18 months.

Olivier Blum brings a wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated over 30+ years with the company. His career has spanned roles in sales and marketing, as well as tenures as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, he led Schneider’s largest business, Energy Management. As a member of the Executive Committee since 2014 and an AVEVA board director for the past five years, Olivier is recognized for his passion for technology, innovation, and people-centric leadership.
