We are pleased to invite you to a CEO Tech Club session, exceptionally open to all entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs members of the French Chamber.
The CEO Tech Club, an initiative of the French Chamber of Commerce, brings together over 50 French CEOs and Founders from the tech industry to connect in an atmosphere of friendship and unconventional thinking.
In today’s rapidly shifting global market, the Advisory Board has emerged as a vital instrument for agility and strategic success. Unlike a formal Board of Directors, it offers a flexible, high-impact governance structure that allows leaders to harness external wisdom without the constraints of statutory obligations.
This session brings together three voices to explore how Advisory Boards actually work in practice. Facilitated by Stéphane Benoist, Director at B-Consulting and Co-Founder of Advisory Board France, the conversation will explore the mechanics of advisory governance from the person who designs and runs it, and the reality of being challenged and supported by it from the person who leads the company:
- For the Entrepreneur and CEO: discover how to build and leverage an advisory body - even before it becomes a formal board.
- For the Experienced Professional: Explore what it takes to become an effective Advisory Board member or Chair, and how to structure a "portfolio career" around it.
