GTT Secures Order from Samsung Heavy Industries for LNG Carrier Tank Design

GTT – Technology for a Sustainable World has received an order from Samsung Heavy Industries for the tank design of a new Liquefied Natural Gas Carrier (LNGC).

The vessel will feature cryogenic tanks designed by GTT, with a total capacity of 180,000 m³, and will be equipped with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system.

Delivery of the LNGC is scheduled for 2028.
