Abel ArizaManaging Director, Malaysia & Singapore at SODEXO

Abel has over 20 years of Operations and Business Development experience in Europe and the APAC region. He joined Sodexo Global Strategic Accounts team APAC in August 2016, as Regional Account Director for Unilever Asia Pacific. He previously held the position of Regional Operations Director for Unilever in the MED region.

Abel was the Segment Director, Corporate Services for Singapore and Vietnam. He was also the Country President for Sodexo Korea before his recent promotion to Managing Director for Sodexo Malaysia and Singapore in 2020.

An entrepreneur at heart, Abel thrives in transformational environments where change is the only constant. He is passionate about corporate purpose and developing talent, organizations and markets.

Abel holds a MBA from INSEAD, a MSc. in Market Research, and a MSc. in Naval Engineering.

Abel speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
