Benjamin Moris is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Airwallex, a fast-growing APAC-born fintech and global financial platform helping businesses operate and scale across borders.

Benjamin leads Airwallex's global recruiting organization across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, overseeing talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, recruiting operations, and the adoption of AI and automation in hiring. He has been based in APAC for over 20 years, with deep experience building and scaling international teams across the region and globally.

Previously, Benjamin held talent leadership roles at Google, ByteDance and Printify, combining the scale and complexity of global technology companies with the agility of high-growth startups. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with executive teams on organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership hiring and international expansion.

Benjamin holds Master's degrees in Engineering from CentraleSupélec and in Management from Rennes School of Business.
