Elodie Dulac is a partner in King & Spalding’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s International Arbitration group.
Elodie has represented clients in commercial and investment arbitrations around the world, with a particular focus on Asia, where she has been based for nearly 15 years. She has particular expertise in energy, mining, joint venture/shareholders disputes as well as disputes involving States or State-owned entities. In addition to her work as counsel, Elodie regularly sits as arbitrator.
She is a member of the SIAC’s Panel of Arbitrators, among others. She is ranked in the Top 10 of Future Leaders for International Arbitration Asia-Pacific Wide by Who's Who Legal 2021, and has been recognised as a leading arbitration practitioner in Chambers Asia Pacific, Legal500 and Who’s Who Legal Southeast Asia.
