Emmanuel Bucaille is the Head Project Management Office of the Product Management Group.  He joined Bank of Singapore in September 2018 and is responsible in defining and executing the PMG strategy, drive excellence in all PMG support and business management functions, coordinate policies and procedures, organize risk monitoring and controls and steer the various projects sponsored by PMG, including those linked to the Group Wealth Platform.  

Emmanuel has over 30 years of experience in financial services industry; capital markets and the wealth management industry, with the majority of his career spent with UBS in Europe and Asia.  He has held many different roles within the wealth management business, including Head of Investment Products and Services of Wealth Management in Global Emerging Markets, Head of Advisory Solutions in APAC and Head of Products and Services in HK and SG.

Prior to joining Bank of Singapore, Emmanuel was the Regional Head of Wealth Solutions in Manulife Asset Management based in Hong Kong. 

Emmanuel holds Diplomas in Economics and Finance from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
