Estelle is a Human Resources consultant with 12 years of experience in the HR function and a certified leadership & career coach. She is the Founder and Managing Director of IKIGAI COACHING, a Singapore-based company helping organizations and professionals achieve higher performance through tailored Leadership Development, Coaching and HR Optimization programs.

Estelle advises organizations on HR Operations, Talent Management, Talent Development and People Strategy. She supports companies in optimizing their HR Teams’ effectiveness. In Parallel, she helps executives enhance their Leadership skills and increase their Performance.

She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and has expertise in Talent Attraction, People Development, Talent Management and Retention. In addition, Estelle is part of the Executives’ Global Network and acts as a HR mentor for business leaders.

Prior to founding IKIGAI COACHING, Estelle was the APAC Human Resources Director of an international management consulting firm. She has been working as a HR Lead in Europe and in Asia Pacific.

Outside of work, Estelle enjoys spending time with her family, connecting with new people, travelling, running and learning.
