Glenda TanDiabetes Business Unit Head, TMS MCO at Sanofi

Glenda is responsible for growing the Diabetes business in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore by setting strategic directions, focusing on go-to-market strategy implementation and ensuring success of integrated care roadmap and omni-channel engagement. 

Glenda started her career with Sanofi since 2003 as Key Account Executive.  She has played an instrumental role in delivering high sales growth and was promoted to Senior Sales Manager in 2005. She moved to Product Manager (Diabetes Franchise) role in 2014 in line with her development aspiration.  She was then promoted as Diabetes & Cardiovascular Business Unit Head in Singapore in 2016. 

With the setup of TMS MCO organization, Glenda was given the opportunity to head the TMS Diabetes and Cardiovascular Marketing in 2018.  In her capacity as the Head of Marketing, Glenda successfully launched Toujeo, Praluent & Soliqua across TMS and spearheaded Diabetes Integrated Care initiatives to improve patient treatment outcomes.  With this success, Glenda was appointed as Head of EP Marketing for Malaysia & Singapore to lead the growth of EP power brands and customer activation & engagement model with Go-To-Market Strategy launch.

Glenda obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from Latrobe University, Bentigo Australia and she is also a ICF Certified Associate Coach.
