Graham Lim is the Senior Partner Manager for ASEAN at Globalization Partners. As a young professional who began his career in the borderless digital age, Graham has pivoted his career and education in multiple directions, accumulating a diverse range of experiences.
Originally a law school graduate from Monash University in Australia, he decided against following in his Singaporean family’s legacy of lawyering, and instead became an IT headhunter with Hudson APAC. At Hudson, he discovered his first passion: people and HR, and recruited mid-to-senior level executives across APAC, whilst managing client accounts for post-Series A scale-ups and Fortune 500 tech firms alike, before joining Hudson’s management team. His work with IT clientele also exposed him to his second passion: technology, which led him to return to school to study Data Science & Machine Learning with General Assembly. Graham now sits at the intersection of his two passions: People and Technology - in leading Commercial Partnerships for ASEAN with the world’s leading global employment platform, Globalization Partners. In his spare time, Graham continues to nurture his passion for technology & programming, and codes Quantitative Trading algorithms for Cryptocurrency Derivatives. He’s also back in school again part-time studying Full Stack Software Engineering with a Coding Bootcamp called Rocket Academy.
