• I lived in and covered Asia since 2006. Sold trading, treasury & risk, data & analytics products and enterprise / SaaS solutions in every market. Developed new markets from scratch.

• Led a diverse team of 13 sales professionals from 10 different nationalities which included sales strategy planning and execution, budget and expenses execution and monitoring, hiring, developing, coaching, forecasting and closing sales, pitching together on complex deals and promoting the team members.

• Drove the execution of sales and business development strategies for market and financial data terminals, enterprise pricing analytics, data feeds, trading, post trade reporting and analytics, trade/transaction monitoring, KYC, digital, SaaS data analytics and workflow solutions.

• Championed innovative SaaS/Enterprise solutions to address client specific requirements around Libor transition, digital B2C trading, Data analytics & pricing for commodities trading.

• Led the development of go-to-market plan for TR Enterprise business across BRIC, Middle East and Africa.

• Led the pan Asian pitch for Kondor+ enterprise treasury management solutions including – front office pricing, trading and position management, middle office market and credit risk/limits monitoring and reporting, back office settlement, cash management, validation, accounting reporting and workflows. Sold to major banks in every market.

• Scoped, designed and delivered the IFRS hedge accounting module in Kondor+ enterprise treasury management solution to address global regulatory requirements.

• Covered both EMEA and Asia and travelled frequently to all major markets.
