KC Teo is the CEO of Active Global Home & Community Care in Singapore. After spending several years in hospitality, he decided to move to the eldercare sector. While the scope and industry landscapes are worlds apart, he believes that the core thing that remains common is the service we provide to people. He joined Active Global as a business analyst and grew within the organisation to be the CEO of Singapore now, with a team of more than 200 staff.

Active Global Home & Community Care is a provider of holistic, professional and affordable home and community-based eldercare services in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Established in 2012 to meet the increasing demand for personalised home-based care and to fill the gap between hospitals and nursing homes, we provide live-in caregivers, home dialysis, home medical, home therapy, Interim Caregiver Service, Home Personal Care and private nursing services for elderly people with complex medical conditions such as dementia, stroke and cancer. Active Global was also appointed by the Ministry of Health, Singapore to operate three active ageing centres.
