A highly experienced, truly international Danoner, Laurence is passionate about breaking silos and leading cross-functional teams towards collective business success.)

Laurence started her career in Marketing in the Beer Division of Danone in 1983.

In 1988, she was transferred to the Biscuits Division in the USA, to hold a position of Group Marketing Manager.  Upon the sale of General Biscuits of America to INVUS, Laurence returned to Europe to hold various positions in the Biscuits Division at European level in Marketing, followed by a National Key Account and Regional Sales Director’s role in France.

In 1995, she was appointed Marketing Director at Panzani William Saurin, and in 1997 Marketing Director of the Biscuits Worldwide Business Unit.

Laurence moved to Asia in 2000, first in Japan and later in Singapore.  She held various Marketing, Business Development and General Management positions across all Danone categories.

In 2010, Laurence joined the Early Life Nutrition Division first as Managing Director Danone Singapore Business Unit and Business Acceleration Asia Pacific, and later as global Vice-President Marketing and Medical for regional and local brands.

In 2017, Laurence created the Global Early Life Nutrition Innovation Realisation Office, scaled up to Specialized Nutrition in 2019, with oversight on the strategic management of the SN innovation pipeline and on the innovation Project Management execution globally.  Since January 2022, Laurence scaled up the Innovation Realisation Office to all of Danone worldwide, covering all categories (Dairy, Plant-Based, Waters and Specialized Nutrition).

In Danone, Laurence is also an expert in affordability strategies and business models.
