is core practice includes advising on complex commercial arrangements, post-M&A integration strategies, and sector-specific regulations, as well as cross border disputes in Europe, Africa, and Asia. His particular knowledge is around the legal, regulatory, and policy impacts on the emergence of fintech and health-tech companies.

Lucas has been assisting clients on various blockchain projects in Asia and in Europe on the legal implications of digital assets, Web 3.0, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and metaverse regulations.
