Mathias is a seasoned Regional Human Resources professional with over 20 years of extensive experience across diverse industries and multinational environments. His areas of expertise include Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, HR Business Partnering, Regional Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, and Change Management. He is passionate about helping organizations strengthen workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and develop future-ready leaders.
Throughout his career, he has held regional leadership roles across Asia Pacific, ANZ, South Africa, and Europe. He has partnered with multinational organizations in industries such as chemicals, education, insurance, animal health, pharmaceuticals, and consultancy services, providing him with broad cross-industry exposure and strategic HR insights. His extensive corporate experience allows him to combine strategic thinking with practical, real-world applications during his training and coaching sessions.
Mathias is certified as an IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP, and ICF-ACC certified coach. He holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Law as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in French and Chinese Management.
