Mave was part of the pioneer team which launched Decathlon in Singapore in 2015.

With 20 years of experience in the aviation and retail industry, he has spearheaded several business projects as Store Director and Commercial Director with Decathlon Singapore.

Today, driven by deep passion and success in people development, Mave has embarked on the role as Head of People, with the mission and purpose of building a sustainable workforce, to move, equip and enable a sporty Singapore.
