Meng has been with Decathlon Singapore since 2014 and has worked in different capacities in the company. Today he works on Retail Innovation topics which are tested in Decathlon Singapore Lab and also manages the IT Services & Support team. His interest is to optimize the customer's experience and add value to his teammate's daily operations.
