Oussama LABIBCEO & Founder, Aeqlia

Oussama Labib is the CEO & Founder of aeqlia, a digital learning company and the representative of Celemi in Singapore.

Over his career, Oussama has worked across various industries in the oil and gas, hospitality and retail industries.

In Singapore, Oussama worked at IKEA Southeast Asia being responsible for the Talent & Learning function in the region. He then moved on as a Regional Director of a consulting company leading culture and people transformation projects globally around employee engagement, high performing teams and sustainability training for over 35,000+ employees. Throughout his experience, he has developed a high level of expertise to design, develop and implement learning solutions that transform people’s behaviours for business impact.

Oussama has earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from SKEMA Business School in France.
