30 years' professional experience, including 25 as an HR Consultant, acquired in international recruitment, assessment, coaching and management training companies.
For the past 6 years with Lincoln, I've been working on issues relating to coaching and talent development in French and English; I am also an ICF-certified coach.
My experience in assessment, management training with companies of all sectors and sizes and as manager of a team of 13 consultants, enables me to :
- Understand and integrate into my approach the challenges linked to organizational/strategic changes and their human consequences
- Help teams/individuals to believe in their potential by identifying their strengths/fragilities, but also their resistance to overcome obstacles
- Reinforce self-confidence to enable them to take a step back, grow and discover their own resources
I coach young managers, managers of managers, executives and their teams. I work with small and medium-sized businesses as well as large companies in all sectors.
