Richard is based in Singapore and is currently Head of HR for Greater Asia at Roquette Asia Pacific Pte Ltd

Roquette is a global leader in plant-based ingredients, a pioneer in plant proteins and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients

Prior to Roquette, Richard has held regional HR roles at TATA Technologies, Talisman Energy (Repsol and Chevron Energy. Prior to moving to Singapore in 2011, Richard worked with Chevron Energy in China, the US and Malaysia.

Richard has a degree in Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Certificate in Strategic HR from Cornell. He is a Professional member of the SHRI since 2010 and is a certified HR Professional SHRM-SCP with the SHRM.
