Romain LefaixHead of HR APAC for SCOR

Romain is Head of HR for APAC leading a team supporting local operations as HRBP, training, talent acquisition and C&B. Romain joined SCOR in 2003 as HR Assistant in the Paris office working through the ladder to become the Deputy Head of HR for Paris. In 2015, he was named Group C&B Manager leading the evolution of the compensation structure and processes as well as the relations with investors on compensation topics. In 2020, he moved to Singapore to join the APAC Hub.

Romain is a graduate in HR from IAE Rouen and also holds an MBA in C&B from Magellan Institute.

Alongside with his passions for American football, travels and cinema, Romain is enjoying his family life with his wife and his two boys.
