Shirman LiClient Solutions Director at BIPO

Shirman leads BIPO’s Client Solutions for the Retail Industry (including Luxury Goods, Lifestyle Retail, Fast/Mass Retail, F&B and E-Commerce). In addition, he supports the group’s global clients, providing industry insights and HR expertise.

Shirman’s career spans over 14 years in the HR & advisory field. Before joining BIPO, he has led various HR projects, including total rewards review & market benchmarking, HR analytics, workforce management, job/grading/organisation design, M&A harmonisation, and sales incentive scheme design. His experience includes an APAC Regional Rewards Manager in a multinational luxury retail company.

In his career, Shirman has partnered with leading companies such as Adidas, Amorepacific, Apple, Burberry, Chanel, Chow Tai Fook, Estee Lauder, Hermes, Kering, L’Oreal, LVMH, McDonald’s, Natura & Co., Nespresso, Prada, Puma, PVH, Ralph Lauren, Richemont, Shiseido, Starbucks, VF Corp to spearhead strategic projects.

Highly regarded for his expertise and industry insights, Shirman was a keynote speaker at the Mercer Asia Total Rewards Conference. A firm believer in paying it forward to the HR community, he has coached the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management course (Rewards module).

A global citizen who calls Singapore home, Shriman speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
