Yeo Sen Poh is a in-house trainer for People Mindset Solution. Seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of regional experience across healthcare technology, advertising, industrial gases, and professional services. He brings a strong blend of commercial acumen, operational discipline, and transformation expertise developed through senior leadership roles in multinational environments. 

As Regional Finance Director at Kantar Health, Sen Poh led end-to-end financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial controls. He played a pivotal role in major corporate transformations supporting the carve-out of the business to Cerner and subsequently driving its integration into Oracle. These experiences have strengthened his expertise in managing complex change, aligning finance strategy with business objectives, and ensuring operational continuity during large-scale transitions. 

He is currently the JAPAC Business Finance Lead for Oracle Health, where he partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive financial performance, commercial decision-making, and strategic execution across diverse markets. 

Throughout his career, Sen Poh has developed deep expertise in financial strategy, commercial pricing, shared services governance, and operational transformation. In addition to his corporate leadership responsibilities, he has actively contributed to capability building by training non-finance managers and mentoring regional teams, enabling stronger financial understanding and more commercially informed decision-making across functions. 

Sen Poh is a Fellow of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Business Law. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin. 

With his extensive regional exposure and practical, results-driven approach, Sen Poh brings a commercially grounded perspective that translates complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights. His training style is pragmatic, business-focused, and highly relevant to real-world organizational challenges, making him well-suited to equip professionals with the financial understanding needed to support strategic decision-making.
