Join the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) for an online conversation exploring how to bring coaching into the workplace
Dorothy Liu, Founder of Bright Ground Consulting and former People Experience Lead at CHANEL Australia and New Zealand, will join Yael Collet, IECL Client Development Director, Enterprise Markets, to share her experience of bringing coaching into the workplace.
An IECL-certified organisational coach, Dorothy brings more than 20 years of People & Culture experience with companies including CHANEL, The Estée Lauder Companies, adidas and Honeywell. Over the past 12 years, she has coached around 150 leaders across different countries and helped organisations build internal coaching capabilities.
The virtual session will take place from 10am to 11am Singapore time (1pm to 2pm AEDT).
