The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is delighted to invite you to a discussion over COMPASS system.
Since September 1st, 2023, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has put in place a new system called COMPASS, a points-based system that gives businesses greater clarity and certainty for manpower planning.
During this event, the FCCS Corporate services team in charge of recruitment as well as work pass application services (Employment Agency Licence no.10C4756) will share an overview of the COMPASS system and some keys to understand better, as an employer, how to identify and recruit high-quality/qualifying foreign professionals while improving your workforce diversity and building a strong local core.
The 30mn presentation will be followed by a 30mn Q&A session.
