Round Table Discussion on Gender Diversity

Let's have a cross companies sharing on Gender Diversity!

Our round table open a conversation about the importance of gender equality at the work place. Participants will share the benefits of gender equality on the ecosystem, the challenges facing the change of companies’ culture, the best practices and the future strategies to adopt.

For this second round table session on gender diversity/balance, GEODIS will welcome us and do a short presentation on their approach.

Anne TAN Head of Human Resources APAC and Fabienne PEZARD WODECKI, APAC Regional Sales Director, will share on their meaning of inclusion and the plan has been put in place at GEODIS to involve diversity in the complexity of multinational context.

This presentation will be followed by a round table on best practices sharing and discussion.

This is a closed discussion with only the person in charge of Diversity and Inclusion or corporate gender balance network.
The round table is limited to French Chamber Members, with one person per company.
