In a context of skills shortages and evolving business needs, internal talent development has become a strategic priority for organizations.

Led by François Suquet, Group VP, HR & CSR, Asia Pacific at STMicroelectronics, the session will kick-start the conversation around a central question:

How can organisations better identify, develop, and mobilise talent from within?

François will share perspectives and practices from STMicroelectronics to initiate an open and interactive discussion. Participants will be invited to contribute their own experiences and insights around skills mapping, internal mobility, succession planning, and the respective roles of HR and managers.
