Activity

Created in 1975 by the merging of Ricard and Pernod, the Pernod Ricard Group has gradually grown to become the co-leader in wines and spirits it is today – a decentralised group, with nearly 19,000 employees worldwide and a comprehensive portfolio of brands present through owned distribution network in 80 countries.

Since 2001, the group has led three transformative acquisitions (Seagram, Allied Domecq and Vin&Sprit).

Pernod Ricard has a large portfolio of premium international and local brands. Thirty-seven premium international brands are organised in the House of Brands, prestigious names in which the group makes substantial investments and on which it bases its development.
