Acclime strengthens regulatory compliance capabilities in Singapore

Acclime announces the acquisition of Principium Consulting, a Singapore-based regulatory compliance firm specialising in services for fund managers and capital markets intermediaries.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Acclime’s position in the fast-growing fund and asset management sector, adding deep regulatory expertise in Singapore while expanding the range of services available to Principium’s clients across key jurisdictions including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and Dubai.

Founded in 2017, Principium Consulting is recognised for its client-focused, practical approach to regulatory compliance in an increasingly complex capital markets environment. The firm will continue operating under its current name until the end of Q1 2026, before fully integrating into Acclime’s Singapore platform.

Together, Acclime and Principium will enhance their ability to support fund and asset managers throughout their lifecycle with trusted, end-to-end professional and compliance services.
