Past Event | A conversation with Dr Robert Yap, Executive Chairman of YCH Logistics Group
More than 50 attendees joined the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) for an exclusive conversation with Dr Yap, Executive Chairman of YCH Group, sharing insights from decades of leadership and business transformation.
The discussion explored several key themes, including:
- Leadership and how to identify and nurture future leaders
- The evolution of YCH and its journey of transformation
- Strengthening ASEAN competitiveness through connectivity, including the role of super ports
- Building a successful and resilient business through agility, strong capabilities, and long-term relationships
Dr Yap highlighted the importance of foresight, adaptability, and trust-based partnerships in navigating complex supply chains and an increasingly interconnected ASEAN region. His perspectives offered valuable lessons for leaders and organisations looking to scale sustainably while remaining agile in a fast-changing environment.
