The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) was pleased to welcome a group of Master’s students from India as part of their learning expedition, organised in collaboration with Nanyang Executive Education – Nanyang Business School.

The session included an insightful overview of their recruitment process, emphasising the search for authenticity and passion in candidates. A dynamic and interactive Q&A followed, covering Decathlon’s business model, recruitment needs, staff turnover, and current challenges – making it an enriching and thought-provoking experience for all participants.
