Event report

Past event | Turning Customer Data into Real-Time Actions

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Singapore, in collaboration with Valtech, hosted a focused session with digital leaders on a challenge many organisations recognise:

Most companies don’t have a data problem — they have an execution problem.

While customer data, signals, and AI capabilities are widely available, the real difficulty lies in turning them into fast, consistent, and relevant customer experiences across channels.

Throughout the session, we explored where customer experiences typically break down today — from fragmented personalisation and disconnected channels to the friction that slows down decision-making and execution.

We also looked at what stands in the way: not just systems and tools, but also approvals, ownership models, and workflows that make it difficult to act in real time.

Through practical examples, we discussed how leading organisations are addressing these challenges — fixing fragmented journeys and embedding continuous optimisation to move from pilots to scale.

A big thank you to Shashwith Uthappa, Prem Varatharajan (Valtech) and Simon McDonald (Optimizely)  for trusting the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore to co-organize this event, and to all the digital leaders who joined us and contributed to such a rich and insightful exchange.
