Strong organic growth by 22,4% for Astek on T1

Astek achieved very strong growth in the first quarter of 2022 in all of the Group's geographical areas, with revenues of €109.1 million, representing organic growth of 22.4% compared with 2021.

The share of international business continues to grow and is approaching 45% of the total, due to organic growth of over 30%, driven in particular by Canada, Poland and the Middle East.

The recruitment dynamic also remains very strong, following the same trend as in the last two years, and therefore confirms our objective of purely organic growth in sales of around 20% by 2022.

Furthermore, with the new debt raised in September 2021 from HIG Whitehorse, Astek will continue its policy of targeted acquisitions this year, particularly internationally, leading to a very rapid increase in sales to 500 million for a workforce of over 7000 engineers and consultants, still with a double-digit EBITDA margin.
