This exclusive Club brings together regional CEOs, VPs and MDs from different industries for closed-door discussions and networking.

This event marks the inaugural session of an exclusive series of CEO/VP/MD roundtables designed to provide a unique platform for top-level executives to connect, learn, and exchange ideas with like-minded peers and to gain valuable insights into the latest economic, political and financial trends and best practices in their industries.

At this event, we are thrilled to have Hans from Vriens & Partners share his views on the impact of the strategic competition between China and the US on Southeast Asia. Hans will answer important questions such as who stands to benefit from supply diversification out of China, whether Southeast Asia is ready for this moment, and which countries are likely to be winners and losers.

He will also touch on the impact of the war in Ukraine on Southeast Asia, the influence of Europe in the region, and the role of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Additionally, Hans will discuss the unfolding energy transitions around Southeast Asia, the main bottlenecks, and whether the lack of capital or a policy framework is the primary challenge. He will also highlight the role industry can play in addressing these issues.

Finally,he will explore the impact of relatively new governments in Malaysia and the Philippines, upcoming elections in Thailand and Indonesia, and the leadership transition in Cambodia.
