The recent changes in the French tax laws and those announced to be soon carried out modify the management of financial and trade flow between Singapore and France. What are the right measures to be taken in order to manage the dividend payout?

What parameters should be taken into consideration to arbitrate between debt and equity? Is the transfer pricing policy enough reliable?

What are the impacts and opportunities to be expected from the new Franco-Singaporean tax treaty?

Sylvain Gagneux and Edouard Berthier, from Deloitte-Taj, propose you to review these usual questions in the light of the new tax rules and those already announced for the end of the year.
