The French Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Globalization Partners offer Startups & Entrepreneurs dedicated Scale-up workshops sessions that will help boost your growth within the ASEAN region in 2022!
During this workshop, our speakers will focus on how to manage turnover and retain talents during recession.
As early as May of this year, employee sentiment towards job security was being affected by uncertainties in the economy. At that time, only 32 percent of workers felt somewhat secure in their roles due to massive shifts in the world of work and economic dark clouds on the horizon.
Now that the threat of global recession is becoming increasingly real, it is important for companies to refocus their efforts on retaining their employees and managing turnover. Ensuring workers feel secure in their positions will also support business continuity ahead of challenging times.
So, how can companies retain key talent amid economic uncertainties?
