[Site Visit] Visit with Airbus Unmanned Traffic Management Lab Team
Unmanned Traffic Management, Incorporating autonomy into today’s airspace
If autonomous aviation systems are to reach their full potential, the rules under which aircraft fly, the way airspace is configured and the services that manage airspace must also adapt to incorporate autonomy. This is where Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) comes in.
Airbus Unmanned Traffic Management is building digital air traffic management solutions to enable the next age of aviation. They design, develop, and build the critical infrastructure necessary to allow new aircraft, including air taxis and delivery drones, to safely enter and share the skies of our future.
The visit will be hosted by Airbus Unmanned Traffic Management Lab Team.
Programme:
- 10:30am – 10:40 am Welcoming guests and Registration
- 10:45am – 11:15 am A presentation on the UAM/UTM activities by Airbus
- 11:15am – 11:45 am Flight Demo at Rooftop Garden Lvl 3 + Q&A
*there will be no flight demo if it's wet weather
