Catherine Claudepierre is the Managing Director of Lead and Succeed Pte Ltd, a training and coaching company specializing in leadership development and cross-cultural management.

Based in Singapore for more than 20 years, she is a global cultural expert with extensive APAC experience. She advocates D&I and is passionate about bridging cultural gaps at the workplace.  

Besides specializing in cross-cultural skills, Catherine’s areas of expertise include essential leadership and soft skills: effective verbal and non-verbal communication, influencing and conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, performance management, coaching/mentoring, leading remotely.

She works with SMEs and Multinationals to develop and retain their global talents, foster an inclusive workplace and build highly performing teams. She supports individuals to build their global leadership and interpersonal skills, develop self-awareness, and embrace and manage cultural diversity to thrive and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Prior to her entrepreneur journey, she worked for 15 years in management positions in Europe (France, Italy, Spain). She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
