Emre Olcer is a transformational business leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and value creation in the consumer goods industry.

Based in Singapore for more than a decade, he currently serves as CEO of Phoon Huat Group, where he has led the company’s evolution from a traditional family-run business into a professionally managed, digitally enabled, and regionally expanding growth engine.

Before Singapore, Emre lived and worked in Turkey, France, the UK, Switzerland, and Vietnam, holding senior leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, Mondelez International, and Procter & Gamble. Across these markets, he delivered business turnarounds, M&A integrations, and sustained double-digit growth in highly competitive categories.

Beyond his executive roles, he has served as a Board Member at GRIVY Indonesia and formerly as a Governor on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in both Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. He is also a contributor at Tigerhall, sharing insights on leadership and growth strategy.

Emre holds a BA in Business Administration from Bosphorus University and a Master’s in International Trade from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires, Grenoble.
