Eugene is a senior legal and business affairs leader currently serving as the General Counsel of L’Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific. 

Over the course of a 20+ year career, his work experience span across various industry leaders including L’Oréal, CNN Time Warner, Japan Tobacco in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as top-tier law and advisory firms at PwC and King & Wood Mallesons in Australia. His experience spans across legal strategy, corporate and compliance in business, governance, M&A, regulatory affairs and digital transformation. 

Eugene brings an adaptable mindset to workplace transformation, displaying a balanced and commercially pragmatic approach to business, often with a solutions-oriented voice to his conversations. 

Outside work, Eugene has a keen interest in rugby match officiating, balancing family and personal moments, as well as devoting time to continuous learning.
