Fabien Mailhe is the co-founder and Managing Director of Timeo-Performance, a Talent Advisory consulting firm founded in Asia in 2008 and now operating globally.

With more than 30 years of experience in business consulting, Fabien has spent over two decades leading complex consulting projects across Asia-Pacific, supporting organisations through transformation, leadership development and talent strategy in multicultural environments.

Through Fabien’s leadership, Timeo-Performance has grown into a trusted partner to international organisations navigating change and growth across the region. The firm supports clients through Strategic Recruitment, Targeted Training & Workshops, and Executive Coaching, and has partnered with organisations such as Adidas, BASF, LVMH, Airbus, Engie, Natixis, CMA CGM, BNP Paribas and VINCI Group, as well as fast-growing international mid-sized companies.

In recognition of its impact in leadership development, Timeo-Performance received two Brandon Hall Group awards for Excellence in Leadership Development in 2022.

Prior to founding Timeo-Performance, Fabien spent a decade with a leading US consulting firm specialising in People Performance and Change Management, where he was ranked among the top People Developer Leaders (Top 10%).

Fabien is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) trained coach and an active member of the Musketeers of Armagnac.
