François-Xavier Accard is Managing Director of CMA CGM International Shipping Company, responsible for the safety and operational excellence of the CMA CGM Group’s Singapore fleet of vessels. 

With close to 20 years of experience in logistics and shipping as well as in Oil & Gas, François-Xavier ensures Fleet Operations are optimised for efficiency and profitability with safety as a main driver. He is also actively involved in the group's decarbonization roadmap and R&D initiatives in Singapore, as well as in the local shipping and maritime ecosystem, interfacing with local partners, institutions, and authorities.
