Kelvin co-heads the Employment Practice Group at Drew & Napier. He has an active practice in litigation and international arbitration, and also heads the Hotels & Leisure Practices. 

He regularly acts for clients in disputes relating to claims for wrongful dismissal, post-termination restrictive covenants (often involving interim injunctions), retrenchment benefits, ESOPs and other employment breaches, and advises clients in fraud, whistleblowing and other disciplinary investigations.
