Together with the co-presidents of the CEO Tech Club, Eric Barbier -TripleA, Denis Branthonne - Novade and JC Bouglé - FewStones, we are pleased to invite you to an experience sharing session dedicated to the members of the CEO Tech Club.
The CEO Tech Club is an initiative from The French Chamber of Commerce and gathers more than 50 French CEOs or Founders from the Tech Industry. All sessions are conducted within an atmosphere of friendship and unconventional thinking.
Join us for an explanatory roundtable on the intricacies of company exit, hosted by Sylvaine Masson and Jean-Louis Michelet, Managing Directors of Equiteq Asia-Pacific.
It’s never too early for an entrepreneur to think about the end game, and to plan and act accordingly throughout the development of his/her business. The ultimate realization of the value of the business may occur a few years, or many years, after its inception, and in many different forms, but in any event, from the outset, the concepts of value proposition, business model, intellectual property, organisation, processes should systematically be designed and implemented in the perspective of how potential investors and/or acquirers would see and value them. Not only does this discipline optimize the chances of successful transactions in the future, it also greatly enhances the operational and financialperformance of the business.
The session will be hosted in the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (Liat Towers).
Kindly note that we have migrated to a new CRM. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
