Join us for a briefing from TAFEP on Workplace Fairness Act (WFA) and Grievance Handling Process
This briefing aims to inform and engage French Chamber members on the upcoming Workplace Fairness Act, which was passed in Parliament earlier this year. The Act is expected to be legislated in 2026 or 2027.
Through this session, we hope to provide FCCS members with a deeper understanding of the WFA and encourage proactive preparation for its implementation.
