Astek / Robinson Technologies / EEꓘEM Group Enters Exclusive Discussions to Acquire Maltem Consulting Group

Robinson Technologies, together with its subsidiaries including Astek, UTi GROUP, EEꓘEM Group, and ad Astra Management, announced today that it has entered into exclusive discussions with Maltem Consulting Group regarding the acquisition of 100% of its capital.

Maltem Consulting Group is a leading consulting group supporting companies in agile digital transformation and innovation. The group employs 600 engineers and generates approximately €50 million in revenue, more than half of which comes from international operations. Maltem has a presence in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Morocco, Portugal, the USA (New York), Mauritius, Madagascar, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Following the transaction, Robinson Technologies and its subsidiaries are expected to reach nearly 11,000 engineers, with proforma revenue for 2025 approaching €900 million.

EEꓘEM Group will represent a center of excellence in AI consulting, digital transformation, Web3, and cybersecurity, with €80 million in revenue supported by a team of approximately 1,000 consultants. EEꓘEM Group operates across four major economic regions: France and Western Europe, North Africa, the Indian Ocean, and Asia-Pacific.

The acquisition of Maltem Consulting Group would be financed entirely through equity capital.

The transaction remains subject to approval by the Competition Authority of Morocco.
