VISEO acquires AKC and strengthens its Finance Transformation expertise
Paris, 18 May 2026 – VISEO, a global digital and business consulting company, announces the acquisition of AKC (Advance Knowledge Consulting), a Lucca‑based Italian consulting firm recognised for its expertise and Platinum Partner status in the CCH Tagetik solution for multi‑sector clients.
This strategic acquisition marks a key milestone in VISEO’s ambition to accelerate the development of its global Finance Transformation and performance management capabilities.
Founded in 1986, AKC has quickly established itself as a leading player in the design and deployment of the CCH Tagetik solution. After strengthening its historic footprint in Italy, the company expanded internationally with the creation of AKC North America in 2023 and AKC Nordic in 2024.
