Byron Fuller is Managing Director for WeMaintain, the proptech radically and rapidly transforming lift & escalator maintenance as well as general technical facilities operations. Founded only four years ago, WeMaintain manages over 2200 lifts for clients including Allianz, AXA, BNP Paribas, British Land, Paris Saint-Germain, Savills, CBRE, JLL, Engie, Sodexo, L&Q, AEW, and the London Docklands Light Rail. WeMaintain reduces breakdowns by 70% vs. industry average performance while saving customers both opex and capex.
Byron is responsible for WeMaintain's Asia-Pacific business development and operations following the Singapore team's commercial launch in early 2021.
Prior to joining WeMaintain, Byron was COO, CMO, and operating partner at Cimpress (NASDAQ: CMPR) portfolio companies across four continents. Byron's expertise is in digital transformation, business scaling, and data science. Additionally, Byron has led investments in carbon-farming projects and has a strong commitment to advancing regenerative forestry. He is a founding member of Asia Sustainability Angels. Byron studied at Dartmouth College, Harvard University, and the University of Oxford.
