Sustainable Business
Mission & Objectives
Since 2022, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. The FCCS is determined to take part and engage our business community towards more sustainable business. We encourage our members to find, share, promote solutions and act together to make a tangible change. One of our roles is consequently to encourage businesses to become champions in sustainability through collective commitments and actions.
The Sustainable Business Committee acts as a platform for learning, sharing, networking and matching companies so that they can achieve their circular economy and sustainability goals. Our “Towards Sustainable Business” vision is to emphasise how sustainability can be used as a leverage to boost an inclusive and sustainable growth while preserving our future and the role businesses play in this collective effort.
