Keeping IT Costs under control amidst the pandemic is challenging for many organizations. Identifying areas for optimization can be achieved through a better understanding and a benchmark of your IT Costs. To do so, CIOs often rely on both a worldwide proven methodology, such as Activity Based Costing, and an IT international and standard framework.
This session will tackle the following elements:
- What is the Activity Based Costing method, and how can you apply it in your organization,
- What are the results, impacts and saving opportunities you can expect from deploying ABC in your organization,
- How have other IT organizations deployed such a method, and what were the benefits and challenges associated with it.
